Beginning April 30^th, if any users are not assigned a license, they will see a banner instructing them to contact their administrator and request a license assignment. By August 30^th, users will be required to have a license assigned to continue using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications.

Action: To avoid user disruption, beginning April 30, 2025, new license reporting will become available in the Power Platform Admin Center. Administrators should review this new report in the Power Platform Admin Center and assign licenses in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center as soon as possible. This will ensure that your users are not impacted.
